Danielle Cormack shares why she supports lesser-known charities
‘Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much’ – Helen Keller
There’s one thing to have a dream, like us wanting to find inspiring, creative ways to help at-risk and vulnerable young people help themselves, and quite another thing to actualize the dream. And even when you do start taking those gazillion action steps to bring your dreams into reality, you need all the support, love, kindness and generosity you can possibly receive.
Charities are created because passionate people genuinely want to make a difference in the world. Well, Danielle and Michael have been the difference makers for many organisations they support, and us, in more ways than one.
They’ve been our biggest champions and most committed supporters, brought light and awareness to us, fundraised and have gifted us the weight of their hard-earned profiles and own work to keep our dream and vision alive.
There is nothing like media to help shine light on the work. Like this fabulous story ‘Riding High’ in The Australian Women’s Weekly featuring the kind, compassionate and incredibly talented Danielle Cormack.
So thank you, Danielle and Michael. Thank you for your support and love.
More than anything though, thank you for being ‘difference-makers’.
